Les Hôtels d’En Haut HEH is a collection of hotels including the unmissable Les Roches Rouges in Saint Raphaël, Le Fitz Roy and Le Val Thorens in Val Thorens, the Hôtel des 3 Vallées in Courchevel, and L’Alpaga in Megève.
The hotels of the future
Created by Valéry Grégo in 2011, Perseus is an investment fund (Perseus Capital Partners). Shortly after, Vanina Kovarski joined the Perseus group, in charge of branding, marketing and communication. Perseus aims to transform past establishments into luxury lifestyle hotels, offering a unique life experience.
The creation of the Les Hôtels d’En Haut brand, a hotel company celebrating the desire to travel, began with the acquisitions of establishments in the mountains and then by the sea. The carrying out of heavy work ensured a strong move upmarket of these hotels. 252 rooms have been renovated, spread over the five establishments.
Le Val Thorens VTO in Val Thorens

At 2300 meters, directly on the slopes, Le Val Thorens faces one of the largest ski areas in the world. The hotel has 2 restaurants, a terrace, a dazzling panorama, a huge indoor swimming pool, a spa, and a bar designed like a work of art, all in a dynamic and festive atmosphere.
Le Fitz Roy FZR in Val Thorens
Purchased in 2012 – 58 rooms 5*
At the heart of the highest ski resort in Europe, Le Fitz Roy is a historic hotel enjoying an exceptional location. The rooms with a view of Le Fitz Roy revisit the traditional codes of the mountain by offering a more contemporary, luxurious and authentic touch.
Hôtel des 3 Vallées in Courchevel

Ideally located on the slopes and the Croisette of Courchevel 1850, the Hôtel des 3 Vallées is a modernist hotel at heart, offering a refined luxury in the heart of the chic boutiques and nightlife of the ski resort. The hotel offers balconies with mountain views, a restaurant and a spa.
L’Alpaga in Megève
Purchased in 2015 – A hotel hamlet of 11 chalets 5*
As in a mountain hamlet, the Alpaga chalets are organized around the main chalet, in an intimate, chic and welcoming atmosphere, in winter as in summer. The gourmet restaurant at the hotel “La Table de l’Alpaga” was awarded one star by the Michelin guide in 2014.
Les Roches Rouges in Saint Raphaël
Purchased in 2017 – 50 rooms 5*
Renovated in collaboration with the French architect duo Festen, Les Roches Rouges hotel is certainly the most emblematic of the group, with its rock-cut seawater swimming pool, its breathtaking view, and its restaurant on the roof, also awarded a star in the Michelin Guide.
Each hotel has its own identity, character, inspired by the architecture and history of the place, embodying a new art of living, more authentic and more community-based.
Perseus also acquired two Parisian hotels: an Ibis, Porte de Montreuil, and a completely revamped neighborhood hotel, Le Pigalle, rue Frochot.
Le Pigalle in Paris

As it ages, this hotel had the advantage of being located in a rapidly changing area. After a short year of work, the hotel boasts four stars and a totally redesigned positioning. A unique and inspiring experience.
At the end of July 2019, Les Hôtels d’En Haut was sold to KSL Capital Partners, an American investment fund specializing in the travel and leisure industry. Éric Darde, Director since 2014, is taking on the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of Les Hôtels d’en Haut.
A page turns, but Perseus, with Platina Partners, is focusing on a new generation of luxury projects in exclusive and strategic destinations. With the idea of innovating to transform the hotel sector and create the luxury hotels of the future. Starting with a grandiose project, the transformation of a 16th century convent in Nice into a 5 star luxury property. Other projects are planned in major European cities, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands. These new addresses will expand the Hôtel Pigalle in Paris, which the Perseus group has kept.
