Perched at 1,850 meters on Leiterberg, the chalet overlooks the Ötztal Valley. The chalet is part of the Leni Mountain universe, created by founders Sandra and Marco Arnold, whose passion for Alpine hospitality has shaped a concept where luxury, nature, and silence coexist in perfect harmony. Their ambition: to create a place that is both elegant and authentic, a private sanctuary to recharge far from the noise, while enjoying the finest comfort.

Spread over three levels, the chalet offers around 200 sqm of living space, with an architecture that blends natural wood, noble materials, and pure Alpine design. Wood, stone, and large picture windows work together to create a warm and luminous atmosphere.

The chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms: three double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC, and one room with bunk beds, ideal for children. The interior design offers a spacious open-plan living area on the upper floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for eight. The elegantly simple living room features a cosy fireplace corner, a satellite TV with Sonos soundbar, and a mezzanine gallery that invites rest and reflection. Premium bed linen, bathrobes, slippers, and towels are provided, along with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

The chalet boasts a private natural swimming pond, heated to around 24°C, where you can immerse yourself in nature, soothed by silence and birdsong. There is also a private wellness area with a Klafs Sanarium sauna, adjustable to suit your mood: traditional sauna or gentle steam bath, for a fully customised experience. This cocoon of wellbeing enhances the sense of escape and relaxation.

Its philosophy rests on preserving the old while integrating the modern: the stones of the pond come from the property itself, the water is sourced locally, and energy is generated by solar panels.
