Born in Saint-Raphaël, recognized by Gault&Millau, and awarded a Michelin star in 2017, Coutel champions a simple, sincere cuisine rooted in the local terroir. His menu celebrates local products and sun-kissed Mediterranean flavors, enhanced by one of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez’s most stunning terraces.
