Boho Paris in the 13th district
Located in a small street tucked away from traffic, a stone’s throw from the Gobelins metro station, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, the Henriette hotel is designed to ressemble a large bohemian country house.
Journalist and decorator Vanessa Scoffier, owner of the Henriette hotel, has completely remodeled and refurbished the place opened in 2015 (formerly Résidence les Gobelins hotel). The Henriette hotel is dusting off traditional hotel standards. As soon as you walk in, the entrance hall sets the tone, the lobby is like a vintage lounge, in a bohemian style dating from the 50s to the 70s, decorated with Scandinavian touches, soft colors and geometric shapes. Throughout the hotel, you can find furniture and objects salvaged from flea markets or on the internet. The hotel is the prerogative of cool and desirable luxury.
Henriette offers 32 rooms, all different but singular, with a common denominator: a bohemian-chic style. The rooms are carefully custom-designed with vintage objects, designer pieces, wallpapered walls, retro fabrics, pastel-colored cushions, fluorescent accents, rope lamps, brass switches… All these details contribute to the cozy atmosphere have you feeling right at home. Each room has a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and Nuxe toiletry products.
Every morning a homemade breakfast is served in the dining room on the first floor. This space with its Nordic vibes is decorated with pastel colors and wood furniture, custom-made benches in mustard and blue colors, a marble countertop, and a glass roof offering a direct view onto the flowered patio. Many specially furnished spaces make you forget that you are in a hotel. The Henriette hotel is a new kind of place, where experiences are constantly renewed.
A must for decoration enthusiasts.
