The fourth floor of the Michelberger hotel was transformed in 2019 to create the new Luxus rooms.
The luxury of space and light
Michelberger is located near the Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg districts in Berlin. The former industrial factory converted into a hotel in 2009 was refreshed in 2019. Danish architect Sigurd Larsen and London studio Jonathan Tuckey Design created new minimalist and welcoming spaces in the lobby and rooms on the 4th floor. The materials chosen oscillate between industry and the home, mixing terrazzo, metal and wood.
