Nous Santorini is carved into the cliff along the village of Mesariá, right on the edge of the caldera. The hotel is located 2.7 km from Monolithos beach.

Opened in May 2022, Nous Santorini is the first hotel of the Yes Hotels group to set up outside of Athens. Designed by multi-awarded architectural practice Divercity Architects, in collaboration with MplusM Architects, the resort draws inspiration from the geometric shapes of the island’s topography and architecture and reinterprets them in modern terms. The materials used are based on local traditional techniques.

The hotel consists of 121 rooms and suites divided into 9 categories ranging from 23 sqm to 72 sqm for the most spacious Deluxe Pool Suites. Most rooms have outdoor space, swimming pools and large private gardens. The elegant and contemporary interiors reinterpret the key elements of Santorini: the burnt timber refers to the island’s volcanic character, the willow shutters call to mind its vineyards, and a color palette of earthy browns, reds and grays refer to its three famous beaches. Materials such as mosaic floors, marble, stone, and wooden walls provide the perfect backdrop to original pieces of design furniture. Art is present throughout the hotel. In particular with an exhibition of volcanic-themed works created by 12 Greek artists.

The all-day restaurant next to the pool offers a handful of delicious snacks and dishes from early morning until late at night. While the Signature Restaurant & Bar offers Greek cuisine made with fresh products from Santorini and all over Greece. The Vitamin bar offers healthy food such as fresh salads, cereal bars, juices and smoothies made with local ingredients.

The complex also includes a spa with 5 treatment rooms, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, cold pool, gym and outdoor yoga area.
