Piaule Catskill: Hotel in Catskill

Piaule Catskill is located between the town of Hudson and Hunter Mountain, on 50 acres of forest. Designed in collaboration with Garrison Architects, the property comprises a communal pavilion with a lounge, restaurant, wellness area and 24 prefabricated wooden cabins perched on stilts. Open-plan interiors of the cabins feature white oak and cedar-panelled walls and ceilings, blue stone floors, and hand-crafted wooden furniture.
