The Santo Mine Oia Suites hotel is carved into the cliffs of Oia on the site of an old stone mine just above the charming bay of Ammoudi. The hotel consists of 37 suites, all with a private pool offering views of the Aegean Sea and the sunset. Interiors feature a Mediterranean Cycladic and minimalism aesthetic, soothing earth tones, natural materials and contemporary furnishings. Santo Mine introduces a new outdoor living concept.
