The Scenario hotel is a new hotel nestled in the heart of Rome.

A group of entrepreneurs led by Giuseppe Massimo Piperno, in collaboration with Studio Morq, have renovated and transformed an ancient 17th century four-story building into a design hotel.

It is a successful combination between modernity and antiquity. The name “Scenario” is a theatrical reference, where the traveler projects himself into a scenario where he or she is the main actor. A discreet old wooden door opens you up to the hotel.

A large stone staircase leads to 12 comfortable suites. Each one is arranged differently in a minimalist and intimate atmosphere dominated by shades of silver and beige. The high wooden ceilings are a reminder of the past, while the thick clay-covered walls give a more contemporary touch. The furniture is simple, custom-designed, created by local artisans, and made with natural materials such as wood, metal, linen and leather. In front of the windows, linen panels filter the incoming light. A sliding smoked glass panel, designed as a large curtain, separates the room from the bath area. The bathrooms, in marble and shades of white, are equipped with large Italian-style showers with a relaxing rainfall shower stream.

On the first floor you’ll find the Archivolto restaurant, where the à la carte breakfast is also served in the morning. On the top floor, the spa offers a sensory shower, a sauna and a hammam for a pleasant moment of pure relaxation. The small rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of the rooftops and surrounding buildings.
