TOO Hôtel: Hotel in Paris
Suspended between sky and city, TOO Hotel Paris is unlike any other address in the French capital. Here, the experience begins where the gaze drifts, more than one hundred meters above the ground. Blending architectural prowess with artistic vision, this spectacular hotel invites guests to rediscover Paris from a perspective that feels almost surreal.
TOO Hotel Paris: When design reaches for the clouds
From the moment you arrive, a striking sensation takes over: that of floating above Paris. Located in the 13th arrondissement, in a fast-evolving neighborhood often referred to as “Downtown Paris,” the hotel overlooks a cityscape in motion. Close to the Bibliothèque nationale de France, Station F, and the Seine, the surroundings combine architectural modernity, creative energy, and cultural vibrancy. From the upper floors, the city unfolds in a new light, Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and Montmartre appear like fragments of a living painting, constantly shifting with the rhythm of the day.
TOO Hotel was born from the vision of Laurent Taïeb, a Parisian entrepreneur behind several iconic venues. Opened in 2022, it is part of the MGallery collection and reflects a clear ambition: to create a place that is both accessible and extraordinary, appealing equally to international travelers and Parisians. Inspired by his own journey, Taïeb conceived the hotel as an emotional experience, a vibrant living space where guests come not only to sleep, but to feel, connect, and escape.
The exterior architecture is the work of Jean Nouvel, whose Duo Towers have already reshaped the Paris skyline. Sleek and slightly inclined, they seem to engage in a quiet dialogue with the city. Inside, Philippe Starck brings a dreamlike, poetic universe to life. He imagines a “castle in the sky,” a suspended world where familiar reference points dissolve. Mirrors, golden reflections, and unexpected details create an almost unreal atmosphere. The result balances futuristic minimalism with sensory warmth in a perfectly controlled harmony.
The 139 rooms and suites extend this immersive experience. Each offers sweeping views over the city or the Seine, framed by expansive windows that resemble cinematic screens. Here, beds appear to float, textures invite touch, and soft hues, from cream to warm orange, bathe the space in a soothing glow. Bathrooms, open to the horizon, turn every moment into a contemplative ritual. Some rooms even feature private terraces, true suspended balconies overlooking Paris.
On the culinary side, TOO Hotel rises to the occasion with an offering that matches its altitude. Perched on the 25th floor, the panoramic restaurant serves contemporary cuisine with international influences, led by chef Benjamin Six. Every dish tells a story of travel, blending creativity with generosity. Yet the experience goes beyond the plate: a 180-degree view transforms every meal into a sensory journey. Even higher, the TOO TacTac rooftop, set at 130 meters, has become a must-visit destination. Between sunset views, DJ sets, and sharing plates, the atmosphere is both festive and cosmopolitan, attracting a diverse and inspired crowd.
The experience continues at the TOO Chill Spa, a suspended wellness haven where time seems to slow down. Spanning over 170 square meters, it features treatment rooms, a fitness area, a cedarwood sauna, and above all, a spectacular outdoor jacuzzi. Set on a terrace, it offers breathtaking views over the Seine and the first light of day. Treatments by [comfort zone] embrace a holistic approach, combining scientific innovation with a commitment to sustainability. The hotel also offers fully equipped, modular meeting spaces designed for business events and creative gatherings in an inspiring setting.
More than just a hotel, TOO Paris is a destination in itself, an invitation to rise above, to rediscover the city from a new perspective, and to experience a place where reality gently meets dreamlike wonder.
