Casa Aviv is a vacation rental house located in the Tulum jungle, in the quiet and secure residential area called Aldea Zama, shielded from the hubbub, yet close enough to the Caribbean white-sanded beaches and downtown so that all options are available. Aldea Zama is one of the safest residential areas of Tulum, with a security guard at the entrance. The neighborhood has restricted access to non-residents.
Completed in late 2020, Casa Aviv was designed by Co-Lab Design Office, in collaboration with en vogue architects designing a unique avant-garde piece.

Nestled among lush vegetation, the house spread over two-story can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The ground floor comprises a welcoming and spacious open high ceilings living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with king-size beds, and two en-suite bathrooms. A staircase leads upstairs where there is a superb walkover bridge that leads to the two other bedrooms and the two other bathrooms. There is also a sunbathing rooftop and an incredibly modern infinity pool with jewel-blue water. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula, Casa Aviv folds in and out of the nature that surrounds it. The light moves through the high-ceilinged spaces, dramatically snaking across the textured walls. Minimalist interiors feature simple materials and decor with natural accents. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, heating and air conditioning, wifi, and on-site parking. Rental also includes an expert concierge team that you may tap for a private chef, massage, beach club and dinner bookings or set up tours and excursions.
