Lacumontes Lake View Apartments is located on the edge of the beautiful Lake Resia in Curon Venosta in South Tyrol.
The complex, which opened in December 2021, was designed by Hannah. For a long time, Hannah wanted to create a place where guests can take a real break from everyday life, a place where you feel at home, a place where you can relax and experience pleasant adventures in front of a dream setting.
Between mountain panorama and sparkling lakes, Lacumontes Lake View Apartments offers exclusive and comfortable accommodation for couples, families, or groups of friends, for a weekend or for a longer stay of few weeks.
The 5 apartments that makeup Lacumontes extend from 54 to 70 m² and can accommodate between 2 and 6 people. The apartments are composed of a bedroom with a cozy box spring bed, a modern bathroom with selected care products, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area inviting to cook after a busy day, and large bay windows opening onto a spacious balcony to enjoy the fresh air and the breathtaking view of the mountains and Lake Resia. Daily breakfast menu with fresh South Tyrolean products and house specialities, packed lunches for hikes and picnics, and fridge stocked on arrival are available on request and at an additional cost.
Inspired by the surrounding nature, the interiors feature a modern and timeless design, warm colors, and elegant furniture, combined with small cozy details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Here luxury lies in simplicity.
Before or after the outdoor adventure, it is possible to pamper yourself and relax in the spacious wellness area. The area consists of a sauna, a steam bath, an open-air hot tub with mountains view, and a relaxation room offering South Tyrolean juice and tea specialties.
