After launching acclaimed hotels in the Alps and along the Mediterranean, they’ve turned to Biarritz, a place close to Stéphane Vidoni’s heart. Once home to the beloved “Les Baigneuses” restaurant, this site has been completely reimagined into a lifestyle destination that blends generosity, casual chic, and a warm southern energy.

Completely redesigned, the property retains its soul while embracing the signature spirit of °Fahrenheit Seven. Co-founder Véronique Vidoni, who has crafted the interiors of every property in the group, designed the atmosphere with a harmonious blend of raw materials and natural textures. Earthy tones—terracotta, caramel, warm beiges—create an enveloping cocoon. But the true signature of Roc Seven Biarritz lies in its double rooftop terraces, envisioned as open-air stages above the ocean. These spectacular panoramic spaces host an outdoor bar, loungy seating areas, and live music sets—ideal for sipping a cocktail as the sun dips into the sea.
