Designed by architect Adam Haddow of SJB, The EVE Hotel is inspired by organic and biophilic forms, incorporating natural curves and exotic plant accents. The interior, designed by interior designer George Livissianis, features bright and airy spaces, showcasing local materials such as timber, concrete and stone, as well as carefully selected artwork. Every detail is designed to provide a unique sensory experience. The design aims to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while reflecting Sydney’s unique identity.

The hotel offers 102 luxurious rooms, each designed as a private sanctuary. The décor features soothing tones, rock and refined textures, with a touch of local art, creating a serene and inspiring ambience. Spacious suites with living areas provide a setting for relaxation and entertainment, while sleeping areas offer peaceful retreats with signature king-size beds. Each room features a Juliet balcony or private terrace, inviting you to savour the fresh air and Sydney sunshine. The walls are bathed in hues inspired by Australian nature, with hints of eucalyptus and touches of red clay. The spacious bathrooms, clad in handcrafted tiles, feature bespoke hair and skin products from Australian brand Saardé made with olive oil.
